What a valid signature means
The record is exactly as it was when the assessor exported it, at the time shown, from the signed-in account shown.
It does not mean the video is authentic, and it does not prove how the assessment was carried out: the analysis runs in the assessor's own browser. It makes later edits to the record detectable, which is what an audit trail needs.
